*St. Mark’s Church Sexton is the only person allowed to move the altar.
Additional Financial Information:
• Additional hours can be added for 20% of the above rate. For example, each additional hour for the church nave is $125 x 20%=$25.
• Under all circumstances where the use or rental of any building or grounds space owned by St. Mark’s Episcopal Church includes or requires compensations to one or more staff members, the payment shall be made by cash or check and made out directly to each individual staff member.
• Payment will be made and delivered to the church office two weeks prior to the building use.
Fees: all fees/charges/deposits must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event.
Refundable Security Deposit** The security deposit will be voided and null two weeks after the event, if there is no damage or need for extra cleaning. Parties using the piano or organ are also liable for any damages to the instruments over and above the $75.00 security deposit.
Emergency Closings - In the event of a weather related emergency such as a Hurricane, Snow Storm, Earthquake or other disaster that forces St. Mark’s to close for the safety of those who use the buildings and grounds, no refund will be given. If it is possible to reschedule the event, that will be given consideration by the priest of the parish.
